Who operates this site

SolarPanelsFortLauderdale ('we', 'us', 'our') operates the information and solar referral service at solarpanelsfortlauderdale.com.

Information collected

When you request solar options, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, full installation street address, city, state and postal code; property ownership, property type and roof type; monthly electricity bill, battery interest and preferred installation timeframe. The submission also includes the installation county or service-area value, source site name, source channel, landing-page URL and TrustedForm certificate URL.

Hosting, security and analytics services process technical information about visits, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referrer, timestamps and performance measurements. TrustedForm also captures the interaction and device information described below.

How submissions are used and shared

Submissions are forwarded to the lead aggregation service at fluid.delivery. We use this information to process your request, match solar opportunities, support follow-up and document the request.

Your information is shared with third-party solar installers and lead buyers so they can evaluate and follow up on your request. Leads are pooled across a network of affiliated sites. The sourceSiteName and sourceChannel values identify where each submission originated within that network.

Recipients may retain and use information under their own privacy policies. Hosting, analytics and consent-record providers also process information to supply their services. Information may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.

TrustedForm recording and certificates

This site uses TrustedForm, provided by ActiveProspect. Its script loads when the quote modal is opened and records interactions associated with the submission. At submission, it captures a session recording, a page snapshot and a device fingerprint, along with technical information such as IP address, browser details and timestamps, to document the experience and consent presented.

The resulting certificate is retained as a record of the request and may be transferred to lead buyers. The certificate can include evidence of page content and interactions, rather than only the details you type into the form. Cloudflare and Vercel analytics

The deployed site uses Cloudflare and Vercel services, including analytics beacons that send visit and performance measurements to their providers. These help measure traffic, page use and service performance. Hosting and security services may separately process request logs. Retention

Lead information and TrustedForm certificates are retained for as long as necessary to provide the requested quote service, to comply with legal obligations, and to resolve disputes. Recipients may retain their own copies.

Your privacy choices

You can stop submitting further inquiries and withdraw consent directly with any installer or lead buyer who contacts you. For certificate data, follow ActiveProspect/TrustedForm's own published privacy notice.

Some records may need to be retained for applicable legal obligations or the handling of claims. An opt-out does not undo a transfer that has already occurred. You may also need to contact installers or lead buyers that have already received your information to exercise your choices with them.
